Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance to art. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999, customers can exercise the right of withdrawal for any reason, without explanation and without penalty. To exercise this right, the cutomer must send MagicMerchant.it a notice to that effect within 14 working days of receipt of the goods. Such notice shall be sent by e-mail to email@example.com or by registered letter.
The customer can require the goods to be returned without having to specify any reason.
If the products have already been delivered, the consumer must send them back within 14 working days of the delivery date according to the following procedures:
1. The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety.
2. The right of return cannot be applied to an unsealed product under any circumstances.
3. The purchased product will have to be undamaged and will be returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts and protective cellophane, without anything missing. It is not possible to return a product without its protective cellophane, opened, or without its intact punchboards.
4. The returned produt has to be returned in its original packaging or similar and without any dent, scratch, cut, or any other damage that might reduce its commercial value.
5. According to the law, the shipping costs of the returning product will be covered by the customer.
6. Until a certified receipt at MagicMerchant Sas in via Palmiro Togliatti 22 06073 Corciano, Perugia is signed, the shipping remains under the full responsibility of the Customer.
Once receved such withdrawal notice we will authorize the return. The product will then be sent at our headquarters through a delivery service chosen by the Customer, properly packaged to prevent any damage.

MagicMerchant.it is not liable in any way for any damaged, stolen or lost returned goods sent with uninsured shipping; once the product has been delivered at our warehouse, it will be examined to assess any damage or tampering unrelated to the shipment.
Once the redelivery has occurred, MagicMerchant.it will refund the Customer the full amount paid using the same method originally used to pay for the purchase within 72 hours of receiving the returned goods.
Damaged or defective goods.
The Customer must promptly inform MagicMerchant.it about any damaged or defective goods they yhave received before removing the protective cellophane, by sending a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org including a picture of the concerned damage or flaw in attachment.
In order to benefit of the legal guarantee, the Customer must sign with reserve when the package is delivered by the courier, when any damage, opening, tear, or other damages on the external package is visible, it is mandatory to sign with reserve.
If the reported damage affects the usability of the product, MagicMerchant.it will endeavor to replace the product at its own expense if possible and if still available, or refund the product in agreement with the Customer.
The replacement, if the good is still available, will be done as soon as possible and in any case within 72 hours.
In case of replacement of damaged good, a courier selected by us will deliver a new package and pick up the damaged package at the same time.
In that case the Customer is invited to repack the damaged good in order to avoid any further damage.
